Product Manager - Core Banking Products
Temporary/Permanent
Reporting to the Head of Core Banking Products, the Product Manager will be responsible initially for the detailed specification of all core banking products and longer term, for their operational and commercial management. The role holder will l ead the completion of detailed requirements definition for the product set. Specifics will include: Reviewing existing Business Requirement Specifications for completeness/accuracy, d ocumenting detailed user/business requirements to enable IT to translate into technical build specifications, work with team to enable non-IT components of proposition(s) to be built eg customer service model and also support the development of product marketing. The successful candidate will have: Three plus years relevant experience in business banking product management, a detailed practitioner s knowledge of business banking products: Current Accounts, Deposit Accounts, Overdrafts and Loans products, Transactional charging structures, pre-notification requirements, etc, deposit product pricing structure, risk Adjusted pricing methodologies, Bank statements, Balance sheet management, capital allocation, Basel2 etc. Candidates may also have a mix of broader experience that may include wider product management experience and/or business banking sales experience.
