CALL CENTRE CO-ORDINATOR - CROYDONPermanent
CALL CENTRE Co-ordinator - 19-24K. CROYDON. A successful motor recovery service company is looking for an experienced call centre Co-ordinator to join their busy team. Duties: Receiving inbound calls promptly. Analysing the situation and gathering relevant information. Organising engineers to go out. Using the In-House systems. Problem solving and ensuring the best possible customer service is given at all times Skills: Good IT skills. Excellent problem solving ability. Organisational skills. Well spoken First three months - training - 8-6.00pm - 19k. After training - Shift 4 days on 4 days off - 8am-8pm for 4 days or 8pm-8am for 4 days (shifts are week on week) - 24k.
