It is one of the fastest growing companies in it's sector, and due to continued success, is now looking to expand the Internal Account Management team by bringing on a team leader. Based in Reading, you will be a vital addition to the IAM team, providing support and mentoring to your team to encourage growth and development. You will be results driven and know how to motivate your team. Main Duties: 50% - Management Responsible for the day to day management of the Internal Account Management team Responsible for territory and workload allocation to the IAM team Development of personal work plans for the IAM Team Development of specific quarterly sales campaigns Monthly revenue forecasting Monitoring of team performance on a weekly basis with weekly call reporting 50% - Selling Responsible for the direct sale of products and services to a list of named accounts within a defined territory (geographic) Sell the solutions by properly qualifying prospects through the use of professional questioning and investigative techniques Contact customers by phone throughout the complete sales cycle from initial contact to after-sales service Make proactive sales calls and receive customer enquiries, by phone, in a professional manner.
