We are looking for a long term candidate that has aspirations to grow with our company. Humres has grown by 300% over the last 4 years and an experienced accounts professional can help us run a tight ship as we are expecting to grow at the same rate over the foreseeable future. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and be able to manage themselves. This person will also be able to bring new initiatives and add value to the department. Job Specification: - Invoicing - Credit control - Processing Bills & making payments by BACS - Monitoring direct debits on monthly basis - Company credit card management - Prepare monthly bank reconciliation - Daily banking - Wages & Commissions preparation - Employee tax paper work and administration - Membership and subscription management - Monitoring the leasing and insurance agreements - Prepare and submit VAT Returns - Entering Invoices, Bills and expense vouchers in Quick books on regularly basis - Maintaining Petty cash records - Holding weekly/monthly meetings with Management - Preparation of Budgeted cash flow statement for Management - Monthly management accounts - Cash flow management and forecasting - Cost and expense control - Process the inter company transactions - Communicate with the Accountant on various accounting
