Marketing & Communications Manager Job Description Participating in developing overall marketing and business development strategy, especially in conducting market and competitor analyses and assisting with product development and definition. Evangelising products both internally and externally, providing thought-leadership and present to the relevant audiences. Developing and executing a clear brand strategy for the company and its products. Delivering the agreed marketing plans including specific plans for collateral, advertising, events; managing and planning new product roll-outs. Strengthening brand awareness of the company's products via various marketing channels (Web, press, literature, presentations, etc), developing relevant material; supporting the sales force in pre- sales meetings and presentations etc. Developing and executing a solid lead- generation programme. Managing content, design and updating of the Website. Some international travel, though not extensive, required. Travel to the branch offices may be mandatory Education: Educated to Degree Level Marketing/MBA degree would be highly desirable Skills/Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in banking software solutions in sales, marketing or pre-sales roles.
