My Client recruits and specialise in providing a bespoke and consultative service to a variety of businesses for their Secretarial and Office Support needs. They are looking for a consultant with experience who wants a more relaxed style of management, has proven recruitment ability and simply requires a great team of people to work with and the autonomy to build your business and bill. The commission structure allows you to make a lot of money and after branching away from a major brand in recruitment the company has previous clients to contact. The MD has an abundance of recruitment experience and doesn't want to hand hold people through their day to day experiences. What she does want is a good strong team and someone who will fit in well. The personalities are vibrant and level headed everyone is well rounded and supportive of each other, an awesome place to work.
