Assistant Manager - Fashion Retailer

This international company are currently working through a large expansion plan within the UK, and as such, need an Assistant Manager for their Cambridge store. The product is men's and women's formal-wear, and accessories. They are looking for an Assistant Manager who will be able to drive a team, and support the Store Manager with the promotion of the brand. You will have autonomy to drive the shop in your own way, along with guidance from your support team at head office. You will be responsible assisting the Store Manager with: Maintaining exceptional standards in store Achieving and exceeding sales targets Recruitment Training and performance management Visual Merchandising Business growth The main focuses will be to establish the brand within a new region, and to develop a team of superior retailers, who will deliver great performance at every opportunity. You will receive: Up to £20k per year, achievable bonuses, family health care and a generous uniform allocation.
