Various hours to choose from, working 16 hours a week Interviewing NOW to start ASAP Do you have an excellent telephone manner and good keyboard skills? Do you have experience dealing with customer complaints and queries? Do you have call centre experience? We are looking for Collections Agents to work at the busy Collections Contact Centre in Kirkby. Full, paid training will be provided; you MUST be available to attend the full training to be considered for this vacancy. Working 16 hours a week you can choose from the shifts below - 5pm-9pm Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5pm-9pm Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 8.30am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. They will expect you to be fully flexible on which days and hours you are available to work at the time they issue you with your shift. As a Collections Agent, you will be liaising with customers over the telephone to discuss accounts, which are in arrears. This will involve inbound and outbound calls. The successful candidate will have proven experience dealing with customer complaints and queries within a customer-focused environment. This temporary vacancy is an excellent opportunity. The hourly pay rate is £10 per hour. The location has excellent public transport links.
