Fantastic opportunities starting 27th May 2008. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Inbound Helpdesk/Customer Service Advisors to secure a permanent contract within a busy and friendly customer service department located in Watford North, WD24. You will be required to provide Customer Service to all customers in accordance with all established procedures, quality targets and standards. Roles and responsibilities: Handle inbound 'helpdesk enquiry' calls and emails Establish the most appropriate resolution to the customer's problems Communicate the resolution successfully In order to be considered for this position, you must: Possess excellent customer service skills Be a good communicator - possess effective and efficient written and verbal communication skills Previous call centre or office based experience is desirable but not essential Hours: Mon to Fri 8:00am - 10:00pm Sat & Sun 10:00am - 6:00pm 7.5 hours per day (5 days from 7) Starting salary: £7.47 per Hour/£14157 per annum Immediate interviews Start dates: 27th May 2008.
