A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with a FTSE top 100 financial company based on Wavertree Technology Park, Liverpool. This top global bank is looking for new recruits to join the Lending Specialist division of their contact centre. Our client has an excellent customer focus and is looking for individuals who can achieve sales targets and perform to high standards in a corporate environment. Suitable candidates should have very strong sales background and the ability to demonstrate experience of working in a sales role, as well as an excellent telephone manner and fantastic customer services experience. You should be comfortable talking about how you have achieved your sales targets and how you have managed your performance. Ideal candidates will have worked in a financial sales role previously. The role is available with a flexible shift pattern, working 3 weeks of earlies and 1 week of lates. Successful candidates need to be available to work 1 weekend in 3. Starting salary is £17.1k with the opportunity to earn un-capped monthly bonus. Top sales advisors are currently earning up to £13k bonus per annum so if you are an excellent sales person you can expect to earn a similar amount. Permanent employees will be rewarded with 21 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. Access to a company pension scheme will be available after 1 year's service. The contact centre is based on Wavertree Technology Park, close to a rail network and close to the M62 motorway.
