Financial Sales Recruitment Consultant. A great opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant has arose within the Berkley Recruitment Group, which has been operating for over 12 years in the Irish Market. As a market leader in niche recruitment, we specialise in 3 main sectors, IT, Pharmaceutical and Sales & Marketing. Due to continued growth in our Dublin Office, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Ideally you will have an extensive financial sales knowledge either from working directly in the financial sales sector. The company currently operates a specialist low-volume high quality consultancy service. Working within a strong support network, you will be encouraged to use your ideas and knowledge to develop your own niche marketplace using the Berkley approach based on providing a genuine consultancy as opposed to high street approach to our clients. Every encouragement and opportunity will be presented to you to develop the division with other consultants to follow and to play a key role in our development plans. Role/Opportunity: Central to this role is making first contact with prospective candidates, explaining current vacancies, securing appointments and obtaining referrals.
