General Manager required for this Unique Branded Restaurant in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. This is an Exciting Opportunity to really drive this New Brand forward and deliver top results. The Company This expanding, quality restaurant company are looking to further develop their fantastic restaurant and bar in the busy seaside resort of Southend-On-Sea in Essex. Their Manager are also some of the best in the industry and are handsomely rewarded for their dedication to the success of their restaurant. The Role As Restaurant General Manager you will receive full training in company policies and procedures before you hit your site, as well as having great support from the opening and training team, your area manager and head office. You will be responsible for all aspects of the running of your restaurant, P&L's, marketing, training, hosting service and reporting in to Head Office. You'll also be tasked with the development and support of a great management team working with you. Basically you'll be an all round super star manager. The Person Restaurant General Management experience in a busy and fast paced environment is essential along with an understanding of running the financial side of a business.
