Do you have retail Management experience? Looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a leading Mobile network in one of their retail stores. The Role Having previously worked in target orientated environment, you will bring with you a proven track record of maximising sales and using your own initative in order for you to achieve your goals. You'll be responsible for maintaining shop operations by implementing the policies and procedures to ensure your shop runs smoothly and exceeds its sales targets. As Manager, you'll set the standards when it comes to delivering excellent customer service and motivate your staff to do the same. In addition, there will be stock to manage, staff appraisals to carry out and measured key performance indicators to meet. You'll also get to put into practice your creative ideas in order to come up with new ways tof being pro-active and bringing revenue into the shop. Must Haves To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following: A proven track record of successfully working in a target-orientated environment Good interpersonal skills, striking the balance between friendly and professional with customers and colleagues Strong customer focus and commercial awareness The ability to manage and motivate a small team Nice to Have The ability to adapt quickly to business trends. Computer knowledge and merchandising skills. Excellent planning and organisational skills.
