A prestigious organisation is currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to lead a highly complex UK Shared Service Payroll, as well as taking responsibility for the administration and review of all benefits in kind. Managing a sizeable team, you will control and motivate the staff, ensuring adequate training and support systems are in place, whilst managing all aspects of recruitment and appraisals. There will be an expectation for you to act as the lead on projects involving the integration of payrolls and systems into the shared service centre, as well as recommending and implementing areas for improvement. It is essential that you are experienced in leading a multisited and complex payroll, as well as managing a team of over 7 staff.
