We have an exciting new vacancy for a receptionist/Administrator in a busy York Office. The Main focus of this role is to ensure that visitors are greeted and directed as required to ensure the smooth running of reception as a whole. The successful candidate s role will be varied with duties that include; managing all internal and external calls, Processing and placing orders, raising receipts of purchases, sorting and distributing mail, performing daily monetary reconciliations, recording movements of senior staff members and maintaining holiday control as well as other general administration duties. Our client is looking for a candidate with a polite and professional manner who possesses good organisational skills and time management skills. Some office experience is desirable for this role. With immediate start and a competitive salary of 12k-14.5k per Annum this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a thriving, friendly office in York.
