Our forward thinking client are seeking a busy and dynamic receptionist/admin assistant to perform the following duties; reception manage all incoming calls distribute all incoming and outgoing post and parcels and log these onto a computerised system meet and greet visitors service meetings and meeting rooms book hire cars couriers travel and hotels maintain stock of stationery and consumables. Admin assistant duties will include: Assisting the Office Manager PAs and office Co-ordinator in a range of duties including diary management project work dealing with correspondences etc. You will be able to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc, and use email and outlook effectively. You will have good organisational skills, have excellent communication skills both on the telephone and in person, be friendly and approachable, be able to work as part of a team and under your own initiative. This is a role which also requires someone to have bags of common sense! This is a busy role and needs someone to remain calm under pressure, but it is also a vibrant and fun place to work. Hard work is well rewarded and this role could lead on to bigger things.
