QUALITY MANAGER LED TECHNOLOGY NORTH YORKSHIRE A Quality Manager is now required at this leading company in LED Technology to be responsible for all elements of the Quality Assurance process in support of their customers. For this role you will need experience within modern quality and manufacturing methodologies as well as the ability to provide the interface between this company and its key customers. The Quality Manager has a key role in the company and reporting to the General Manager your main function will be to manage the Design Assurance and Manufacturing process elements of Quality, ensuring that customer requirements are fully researched, specified, implemented and tested. The job involves working as part of a team from product conception to successful operation in the hands of the customer. As Quality Manager your position will involve the production and maintenance of all quality documentation; training colleagues in quality procedures and championing customer requirements and concerns. You will ensure that tests and procedures are properly understood, implemented and evaluated. You will undertake internal and external auditing, as well as establish the quality checking process for goods inwards and dispatch. As Quality Manager you will also review performance data to establish actions for continuous improvement. Furthermore you will work closely with purchasing staff and suppliers to determine quality standards and resolve issues. One of the initial tasks will be
