Strategi Search and Selection are currently working with an NHS organisation that employ around 2,400 staff and who are currently going through a period of growth. As such they are looking to bring on board a competent Recruitment Officer who can provide additional support for around 3 months (possibly more). The role is paying c£30k. Working with the Recruitment Manager you will be focusing on recruiting around 100 Nurses. Your day-to-day duties will include ensuring adverts are published and put in the correct places, looking after the interview and offer process and supporting the Heads of Nursing and other Line Managers with anything else they may need. This role is all about having a can-do attitude and making sure things happen when they say they are going to happen, even if this means having to prompt people when necessary! It is essential that you have previous NHS recruitment experience (Medical Staffing would be ideal but not essential) and if you have a CPP that would be great but not a must.
