We are recruiting for one of the UK's leading private sector employment-focused training and enterprise companies. Whether it's helping individuals get back to work or set up and run a business, supporting employers to train their staff or recruit the right people, we are committed to providing services that make a difference. We are looking for a tutor to carry out inductions and deliver Job Search while being able to provide a supportive, welcoming and non-judgemental atmosphere. The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills, strong presentation skills, previous experience of working with unemployed groups such as Job Centre Plus and also the ability to achieve agreed targets. A 7407 certificate is desirable. The ideal candidate will possess IT skills and ability to motivate and empower individuals to find and stay in work, in addition to excellent verbal and written communicational skills and the ability to multi task.
