Nestle Waters Powwow Warehouse Administrator Salary: Circa 18k pa South London Committed to giving customers across the nation great-tasting water, Nestlé Waters POWWOW has become one of the leading water cooler companies in the UK.But to upkeep the service we re known for, our success depends on maintaining our prized distribution network. Job Purpose: Ensure adherence to best practice guidelines, specifically in relation to stock control and allocation. To assist the warehouse team with all others aspects of the warehouse operation, including loading & checking. Responsibilities: Maintain accuracy of stock data in SAP (according to best practice), ensuring the system consistently and accurately reflects the physical stock situation at the Depot. Update system in a timely fashion to ensure data held is current (no delays in updating system on physical movements of stock). Adhere to manual handling best practice. Ensure timely entering and maintenance of data in Web Yardman software. Oversee weekly stock checks according to stock check calendar and ensure any discrepancies are investigated. Any differences must be agreed with Depot Manager. Ensure all stock files are maintained according to best practice. On daily basis, check warehouse activity monitor report, investigate and adjust the system accordingly. Load and unload vehicles and trailers in accordance with depot and customer requirements. Unload supplier vehicles; check stock & store safely in accordance with company
