We are looking for an Administrator with a number of years experience to take on this newly created role. You will dealing with merchandising/buying and finance admin, insuring products are labelled correctly, extract data from the system and input into sales analysis spreadsheets, entering purchase orders, chasing orders, changing delivery dates on the system, liaising with customer services with regards to returns/refunds for feedback to the suppliers. You will also be required to set up and implement a new filing system and deal with banking and cheque refunds. You will need to be highly organised as you will be dealing with many tasks at any one time in a busy, hectic environment and you will be working to deadlines, excellent knowledge of Excel and have a good telephone manner. Hours will be 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. We aim to respond to your application within 24 hours via email or telephone.
