PA - Commercial Director I have an exciting role for an experienced Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant (PA/EA) for one of the directors of the UK's largest Housing association based in Islington London. We are looking for an Experienced and dedicated PA (personal assistant/EA) with strong communication and man management skills. As the PA your role will involve Diary and Travel Management, day to day management of the Director coupled with organising meetings and taking accurate minutes. The role requires incredible attention to detail, forward planning, and due diligence at all times, you'll have a strong yet bubbly personality with the ability to deal with senior business heads in the Directors absence. Naturally as a PA there will be some general admin duties, we are ideally are looking for candidates with strong Excel, word and Powerpoint would be a plus, ideally with Audio Typing skills and typing skillsof c 60wpm, shorthand would also be beneficial although not essential.
