A beautiful contemporary Country House hotel in the middle of the Ribble Valley is looking for a highly experience Restaurant Manager who could manage the Restaurant & the Lounge area. The menu changes every month following the seasonal products. The food is all cooked from fresh and local produce. You must a proven track record of working within a trendy Brasserie style environment. The restaurant will provide a trendy fine dinning style of service but will keep a fun and relax atmosphere. Duties: Training your Team Appraisals. Dealing with complaint. Get the restaurant and Lounge ready for service. Keeping the company standards. You must have your own transport due to the location of the premises.
