My client is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their business during an exciting time of growth and change. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be part of the HR team and supporting a specific TUPE project involving 700 employees. Key responsibilities will include: Providing advice and guidance to the HR team and employees on ad hoc HR and TUPE matters. Reporting status and progress of specific HR activities to the project manager. Develop and maintain good working relationships with the HR and Project teams, fostering a partnership approach. Execute specific activities in line with the HR project plan such as: - Due diligence - Gap Analysis - Negotiations with trade unions as necessary - Support employee communications as and when required You will need to be a good communicator with good negotiation and influencing skills. You will need to be flexible to travel to other locations as required. It is estimated that there will be 30% travel in this role across the UK.
