Banking Team Manager - Lending

This major product provider has a Banking Division based at its head office in Birmingham.They are currently looking for a Banking Team manager to manage a team of 10 within there lending division. You will be responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, in relation to a specific range of bank products and services. It is essential that you a good working knowledge of FSA requirements and legislation such as the banking code. You need to be self motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and have an organised but flexible approach to work. Banking qualifications are desirable. In return the company is offering a basic salary to £37k, plus Pension, DIS and bonuses.
