An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Operations Manager to establish a business as the leading provider or HR & Payroll Services within a specialist industry area. You will be expected to manage the full operational delivery of their services to new and existing customers, as well as delivering the strategy for growth. The role will entail ensuring service delivery for all customers exceeds SLA standard requirements, whilst also maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. To achieve the business optimisation levels required, this will necessitate a focused realignment of the resources, together with a structured re-engineering of the processes, to establish a consolidated, streamlined and flexible delivery team that is able to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This position will ideally suit someone with operational service delivery experience in a large HR/Payroll shared service environment, strong management skills, and proven business process re-engineering skills. An understanding of working with public sector clients is essential.
