They currently have budget to increase the team to attempt to clear a backlog. All specialities are currently being coded and you will be rotated as with most trusts. This is a great opportunity as the current coding manager is used to dealing with contractors, you will be working with several ACC qualified colleagues and this will allow you to get on with coding and earn a considerable amount in the process. The market is sustaining longer contracts and there is a great chance of an extension.
