Admin/Project Coordinator

Our client based in Fleet is looking for a Temp-Perm Admin/Project Coordinator to temp for 6-8 weeks and could go permanent after this time for the right candidate. Responsibilities will include: Supporting the resource and projects team to ensure the database is updated Creating job orders on the database Adding on new positions/engagements onto the database Arranging reviews with the service line Requesting and receiving client satisfaction survey's Maintaining client satisfaction register Producing reports Liaise with finance on Purchase Orders, Resourcing and Pricing queries Liaise with sales and commercial support to ensure all contracts have been logged Monitor extensions and ensure existing engagements amended to reflect extension and all paperwork received Report on upcoming contract end dates and liaise with engagement Manager to find out if there will be an extension This role is a varied admin support role and you would have 2-3 years experience in a busy role is essential Strong IT and customer service skills are essential This is an exciting opportunity to work for a busy growing company Apply now for more information.
