Recruitment Service Delivery Manager

A Recruitment Administration Manager is required for a 6 month project in Bristol to directly manage a team of 12 people which will grow as it will become the centralised recruitment function for this large UK based company. A HR shared service is on the horizon, as part of the first steps of implementing this concept the company want to centralise the recruitment function. We are looking for an experienced recruitment/HR professional who will develop the function and its people raising the credibility of recruitment throughout the company. The person needs to be focussed and driven who can lead a team of people who are new to their roles, coaching and encouraging in order to drive the team to deliver. The type of person needed should be fair but firm, positive and have the ability to say no to stakeholders. This is a great role for a focussed and resilient person, someone who is looking for a role they can develop their leadership skills within.
