Sales Executive

Based in Middlesex, this company are looking for a Sales Executive who has a positive outlook and clear focus on closing sales and increasing revenues. Reporting to the General Manager, key responsibilities will include: Generation of revenues from the sale portfolio of software and services to the UK freight forwarding marketplace; Planning and implementation of sales activities to agreed budgets and targets; Supporting company s marketing activities and the integration of personal sales efforts with other organised marketing activities, eg product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions, etc; Maintenance and development of existing and new customers relationships in liaison with other departments and colleagues etc. The successful applicant will have a proven record of sales achievement in a target-based environment within the IT or freight industry, together with skills to present at senior management level and experience in market evaluation, resource planning and the implementation of strategy. This position will involve travel within the UK making a valid driving licence essential.
