Airline Agency Sales Co-OrdinatorPermanent
Airline Agency Sales Co-ordinator Large Airline organisation are looking for an agency sales Co-ordinator to assist the sales department work efficiently by providing support to sales teams and trade partners and managing group reservations. The responsibilities of the Airline Agency Sales Co-ordinator role will be handling correspondence and organising telephone contact between the sales team and customers. You will manage airline group reservations. He/she will assist with the drawing up of tender documents and electronic rfp's. You will extract revenue performance data for sales team from revenue accounting system. You will also assist the sales team by preparing appropriate documents prior to sales calls/visits. In addition you will liaise with travel trade/community press in the placing of advertising and assisting with planning travel trade events. The successful applicant must have excellent knowledge of nett and published fares and previous experience working in reservations preferably within their groups department. He/she will be experienced working with a GDS preferably PARS or BABS. You will be comfortable with figures, Microsoft excel and have a keen eye for detail. You should be articulate in written and verbal English. You will have a pro-active approach able to multi task and handle working to tight deadlines.
