Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Basingstoke Salary: 23k-30k, OTE 50k-70k Massive IT Distributor based in Basingstoke are looking for a sales manager to join their successful IT sales team to help push things forward. You will ideally have 1 years sales management experience gained within the IT sector. You will be a natural leader who can motivate and help other to achieve targets. The role will see you taking control of a team of 5 IT sales executives. You will be their point of contact for any queries that they may have and you will be their main motivator, helping them towards monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, tenacious sales manager to further their career in an excellent organisation. You will be rewarded with a basic salary of 23k-30k along with an uncapped commission scheme that should see taking home in excess 50k-70k (dependent upon team target).
