Our client was founded in 1976 and is a major construction company who is committed to providing quality new homes in London and the South East. They are the largest division of a FTSE 250 company and have a turnover of over £500 million and last year completed over 1,800 units. In recent years the Company has broadened its portfolio from its traditional detached developments to include large urban regeneration schemes. Our client now has unrivalled expertise in creating sustainable communities within complex regeneration schemes on brownfield sites. Although the location, size and complexity of sites vary, our client always delivers superbly designed and built homes. Our client operates through a number of autonomous regional companies which provide specialist local knowledge. This enables them to enjoy the advantages of being part of a large public company, whilst retaining the ability to understand local issues and deal with customer needs on an individual basis. They are currently seeking an experienced construction management professional to assist in the on time completion of a £10m high rise residential refurbishment of an office complex based in Hampshire. Reporting in to the Construction Manager for the overall development, the successful candidate will be responsible for one of the office block fit outs into around 100 luxury apartments. You will head up a large team of directly employed staff and sub contractors through two direct report Site Manager.
