Part of a large international chain, with excellent location and numerous hospitality awards. Located in the Stansted area. JOB DESCRIPTION Vibrant kitchen team, working in various kitchens area's and sections. Producing a vast array of different foods and cuisines, covering fine dinning to large corporate banquettes and wedding functions. Many opportunities to learn and develop skills, gaining invaluable experience from a large kitchen brigade. Excellent work environment with emphasise placed on training, development, team work and job satisfaction. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Previous recognition of success within a large, high quality, multi-operational site is essential, preferably a hotel or similar complex.
