Service Delivery Team Leader

Service Delivery Team Leader Data Marketing ETL Databases We are looking for someone to assist in the technical delivery and client relationship management for the companies customer base. You will need to come from a Service Delivery background, but have enough IT and technical skills to, after some training fully understand the systems they operate. The company, a leading direct marketing organisation are looking for someone work with the Account Management team to ensure all customer data projects are on time and meet requirements, be responsible for technical delivery of marketing campaigns extracts with the prime duty to deliver a quality output on time and within necessary constraints. To be considered for this position you will need to come from a service delivery background and possess excellent communication skills both written and oral with experience of working in a customer focused environment with an understanding of technical systems. Ideally you will have technical skills in either Data Manipulation Tools, ETL Tools, or databases such as SQL Server or Access.
