Merchandising Admin Assistant - ElectricalsPermanent
Join an excellent team with fantastic job prospects at a Home Shopping TV retailer as a Merchandising Admin Assistant for their electricals department! Their Head Office is based in London! For this graduate level Merchandising Admin Assistant (MAA) electrical role, the general concept of the role is to give support to the Assistant Merchandisers and merchandisers. This is to ensure that the stock and ranges are maintained to ensure all budgetary goals are met! Essential that you have a key eye for detail and strong Microsoft office abilities especially in Microsoft Excel. You will also be expected to: Compile from various databases and spreadsheets the following reports every morning for retail and across the company; Planning Commitment, Intake monitors, Day profile analysis, Booked and Not-booked, and Warehouse daily monitor Issue Stock assessment report for Retail and Stock Management report for senior management. Produce the necessary report for teams to update the daily forecast selling prices (FSP) of products, then action changes on Remedy and issue finished report. Compile and issue the Best and Worst by Category report Update Payment Planners highlighting any current or potential issues Update and maintain accuracy of category Range plans Provide general administrative support for the category Provide any ad hoc analysis when requested.
