Sales and Marketing Executive/Business Development Executive (Education and Training) Chelmsford, Essex £35k basic (£50k OTE) Are you a Sales and Marketing professional looking for your next challenge? If so, you could be what our client is looking for! Our client is a well-respected and successful College in the South East. They are seeking to recruit an outstanding and highly motivated Sales and Marketing professional to join their newly created commercial division as a Sales and Marketing Executive/Business Development Executive. This is a highly consultative role, establishing clients needs and providing training solutions based on the current portfolio. The Sales and Marketing Executive/Business Development Executive will generate additional full cost income to the College, through the promotion of a diverse portfolio of courses to individuals and businesses. Your duties will include: - Planning and managing direct sales activities in order to achieve agreed sales and costs targets - Developing customer contact and marketing to support achievement of business aims - Developing and maintaining sales leads and customer records - Carrying out market research and development - Developing a business plan and full cost course strategy in conjunction with the Head of Faculty and Director of Finance This role is as much about forging links, networking and promotion as it is about selling, so the successful applicant will be an excellent communicator with an outgoing nature.
