Please note competition is extremely high for places and if you are unavailable to work at the start of the season (April/May) an interview would be for a reserve position only. Reserve positions only become available with up to 1 week's notice. Therefore you may wish to apply nearer the date that you are available if you are still looking for seasonal employment. This position involves serving drinks in hotel/pool/beach bars to staff and guests. You will play a large role in the enjoyment of guests holidays by ensuring the bar is a welcoming and friendly place for them to enjoy a drink during the day or evening. You will also assist in evening entertainments held in the bar area. Successful candidates will have a passion for bar work and excellent bar knowledge including making standard drinks and cocktails. Strong customer service skills are essential as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
