My client is one of the countries leading suppliers of staff to the built environment sector. They work with candidates with experience in architecture, engineering, social housing, town planning and the ministry of defence. Due to rapid expansion and continued success, they are now recruiting for Resourcer's to join their team in Birmingham. This office is soon to be come one of the leading locations for this company, with one consultant billing £300k-£400k per year. As a Resourcer you will be the foundations of the team. You will assist a Senior Consultant with the day to day running of their desk. This includes Sourcing candidates, pre screening and interviewing candidates, writing, posting and managing all job advertisements and learning the ropes of being a full recruitment consultant from your supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to get some of the best training in the business, and start a rock solid career with one of the industries finest. Your progressional path will follow once you have succeeded in your Resourcer role. Within months you will progress into a Recruitment Consultant's position, where you will be given your own patch' of the business. From here you can progress into senior and managing consultant's positions, where you will have the opportunity to build your own team around you.
