Resourcer/Researcher - Technical Recruitment Basic from 17k plus commission Based in West London Our client is an independent recruitment consultancy specialising in a niche technical, white collar market. Due to a strong expansion plan for the forthcoming year they are looking to recruit a resourcer/researcher to help consultants source candidates with the recruitment process. Applicants will have a real ambition to succeed in a long term career in recruitment. Previous recruitment experience is not necessary though some commercial work experience would be beneficial. You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and be happy to speaking to people of all levels over the phone. You will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary along with outstanding commission on candidates generated. You will be given excellent training and experienced consultants will provide advice and assistance when requested.
