GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD A CAREER. All you need to be able to apply for this role, is a good telephone manner, a good understanding of customer service and the ability to work to targets. This call centre based role involves taking inbound calls from customers, advising on the company products, providing quotes on company products, entering details into the company system and making customers aware of all the products available to them. Hours are based on a 35 Hour week but on a shift rotation basis so flexibility is essential. The company are based in central Bristol and have a regular bus link right across the street from their building.
