Sales and Travel Co-ordinator The Sales and Travel Co-ordinator will manage the sales control process and the arrangement of travel bookings within the company. The Role and Key Tasks: The primary responsibility will be to deal with all the paperwork associated with our Sales Export activities. Primary Responsibilities: The preparation of various export software licence applications and registrations, including the collation of any associated clearances, which are submitted to the UK government for approval. Monitoring changes to legislation and licence conditions. Providing advice to the organisation ensuring internal processes are kept up-to-date at all times. Recording information in the company database. Managing the travel booking process for staff members. The responsibilities will include flight, hotel and any other travel related tasks. Many of these are done on the Internet and by phone Providing cover and support to the Administrator responsible for processing customer sales orders. Knowledge of this process will be required including how to provide quotations, delivery of orders, managing milestone payments and deliveries and ongoing sales contracts. Ideal candidate profile: Experience of working to defined procedures and a meticulous eye for detail. Strict rules and procedures do not allow for deviation and it is therefore essential to maintain a high level of accuracy in the preparation and tracking of all related export paperwork.
