Sales Manager - Building Engineering Services

The Company: Our client is an expanding contracting organisation who design and install building engineering services for diverse clientele, in many different locations. They have a full understanding of all traditional and new forms of construction procurement methods They have the following skills:- Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Public Health Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, Network Communications, Energy Management and Security & Intruder Alarms. They have a diverse range of clients in both the public and private sector and are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for their Contracting Division based in the South East of England. The Role: The remit of the Sales Manager role includes: - Provide leadership and management, of a sales and customer services team which includes 10-12 Estimators, 2-3 Customer Care staff, and Estimating Manager and Business Development Manager. - Set the sales and marketing strategy to secure existing customers revenue streams as well as developing new business the division wish to grow from £70 million to £85 million over the next 3 years. - Ensure that contacts are made with Main Contractors, Project Managers and Consultants who will award Building Services Projects, and ensure that activities to maximise sales revenues and profit margins are carried out. The Candidate: The Sales Manager skills and experience required: - Managerial experience at Sales Manager level is preferred but not essential as a Senior Sales
