A very busy family restaurant is looking for a restaurant supervisor to manage the floor, learn our techniques in order to become a manager within our team. It is a great opportunity for someone who is experienced as a waiter/supervisor and wants to grow to a manager role. The restaurant can sit 170 customers at one time and produce traditional English food all cooked from fresh. Position: Restaurant Supervisor/Assistant Restaurant Manager Salary: From 6.00/hr + Tips + Bonus Location: Bolton Benefits: Meals on duty, Parking, 24 days holidays. Duties: Managing the floor team during the absence of the manager. Dealing with complaint. Make sure that the mise en place is ready on time for service. Balancing the tills. Staff training. Ordering Stock. Experience: Must be experienced in the management of a busy restaurant doing over 150 covers per day with a fresh food produce menu. Qualities: Strong personality. Confidence. Customer care. Organisation skills. Common Sense. All Applicants must be eligible to work and live within the UK. You must have your own transport due to the location of the etablishement.
