Fares Loading Executive

Fares Loading Executive Online travel organisation are looking for an experienced fares loading executive to co-ordinate the loading of all airline contracts. The responsibilities of the fares loading executive will be managing the loading of incoming contracts from airlines. You will ensure loading deadlines are met; you will prioritise contracts ensuring fares are sent over in a timely and accurate manner. You will also act as the main point of contact for all loading queries from outsourced loading partners. He/she will be responsible for resolving problems that may arise from loading errors within the database systems and then escalating any issues to IT. You will liaise with airline suppliers due to discrepancies in airline contracts. You will provide support to airline account Manager in answering loading, ADM and other queries. You will support CAT35 development and planning. The successful applicant will be educated to minimum A-level or equivalent. He/she will have GDS knowledge in Amadeus or Sabre. You will also have experience in Excel and Word. It is essential to have previous experience handling airline contracts. The ideal candidate will be able to work to tight deadlines, prioritising work load. He/she will be organised, detailed, and accurate in their work. You will also be self motivated and enthusiastic working well in a team environment.
