Hospitality Manager. Prestigious Outlet. 18k. I am currently seeking an experienced hospitality manager for my client who has ten meeting rooms and can cater for conferences up to 80 people and has a luxury staff canteen facility for 130 people. Due to this venue being very prestigious I require an experienced, well presented and confident manager who can delegate duties and can communicate with people at all levels from kitchen porter to CEO. This role would suit candidates from hotel backgrounds or outside catering. You will be very customer focused. Be able to work under pressure and juggle your workload throughout the day prioritising. You will report directly into the Chef Manager who is very knowledgeable within the catering industry. You will manage a team of up to 12 staff and have a pool of agency staff to assist in larger functions or conferences. This role is an immediate start.
