Call Centre based Customer Service Advisors, 12,050 PA plus annual bonus, benefits, onsite gym, canteen and 25 days holiday! Adecco are recruiting for EXCELLENT Customer Focused individals to work as a Customer Service Advisor for a large insurance call centre. My client is a well established ethical insurance company that pride themselves on exceptional customer service. They have an excellent customer base and are part of a large financial organisation. YOUR ROLE. Inbound Customer Service (customers contacting you only - NO outbound). Taking customer details over the phone, in order to provide insurance quotations. Taking payments. Dealing with general queries and enquiries. Working to "performance" related targets. Experience: You do not need direct call centre experience, but you must have EXCELLENT customer service experience, be a team worker and are comfortable with targets; Pls note: credit checks apply.
