Role: HR Manager/Business Partner Salary: £35k-£40k + car allowance bonus and benefits Location: Bracknell, Berkshire HR Generalist required for an exciting role within a large business services organisation, which has just been listed in the FT Top 50 Best Workplaces. Working within a small HR team reporting to the Associate HR Director you will be supporting a sales focused client group, in a role filled with challenge and continuous personal and professional development. The successful HR Manager/HR Business Partner will be skilled in complex employee relations matters including restructuring and TUPE transfers as well as being fully up to date with currently employment legislation. They will provide support to Manager and employees pushing back where necessary and providing guidance where needed. Decision-making is key within this role so good judgement is essential as well as the ability to see the bigger picture and the business implications of decisions. The HR Manager/HR Business Partner will be degree educated or CIPD/MCIPD qualified with a proven track record in an HR Generalist capacity and strong relationship management skills. A good sense of humour is essential to this role, as is the ability to multi task within a pressurised and professional working environment.
