JOB DESCRIPTION Working in a Brigade of 11 chefs in a vibrant modern kitchen for a very experienced Head Chef. Menu's changed seasonally with awards for creativity and menu input. A competent CDP is needed to maintain the standards of operation, work in a dynamic and professional team, help develop a strong kitchen brigade, assist in the organisation and presentation of the foods. To work through various sections in the kitchen with the ability to manage, organise, and to prepare foods to a high standard. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, good man management skills, hard working and will have good communication skills. Experience in a similar Chef position is essential. Catering qualifications are a must. A proven track record, strong development, career driven with fresh ideas will express drive, success and passion for the position.
