IT Support Manager - Helpdesk Manager - ERP - West Midlands - to 48K + Benefits A brand new and exciting opportunity is immediately available to work for a top employer in the Black Country (West Midlands). With your relevant experience in supporting an ERP and leading a team (hands-on) - you will lead a team based in the UK and Europe. Working with Blue Chip companies, you will be liaising with customers at all levels of business up to director/CEO level so relevant experience here will be important alongside your managerial experience. You will set yourself apart from the field with your demonstration of leadership and your ability to drive service levels forward as well as working on a strategic level with other teams across Europe. As well as a strong ERP experience, any knowledge of supporting or working with MGF/PRO/QAD will really support your application here.
